2. Managed Office Space is a thriving $6billion sector
which has seen fast growth in recent years. According
to Instant’s Global Serviced Offices Review 2011,
between July 2008 and July 2011 and against the
backdrop of a global recession, there was an 18.5%
growth in the number of new serviced office sites
opened globally.
This is a limited opportunity in a global growth
industry to receive an income of 8.11% per annum
with bricks and mortar, asset backed security to
twice your invested amount. The developer is one
of the fastest growing serviced office operators in
the sector. Following the successful subscription of
the 5 preceding Corporate Bonds, which have seen
the opening of 5 new centres, this is now the sixth
in succession. Bond issue VI will now be available
until a maximum subscription of £4 million has been
raised and will offer quarterly income and asset based
protection on the capital sum.

3. Serviced office providers are one of the few asset
backed property businesses that grow when the
emphasis of business is in start-up enterprises. This,
accompanied with strong local knowledge, expertise
in all fields and government level support presents an
opening to capitalise on growth market opportunities.
The scheme operator plans further expansion
to its international network of business centres
based around the successful and growing serviced
office market. It will do so by continuing to convert
commercial properties to which it has existing and
privileged access in several destinations including
Dubai, Malawi and the UK.
This corporate bond issue seeks to support this
by providing working capital that will primarily be
deployed to continue converting commercial space to
a more suitable format for serviced office business,
and also to support the development of additional
infrastructure for the management of the serviced
business network.
