Gary Jackson outlines his career goals and path over the decades from his late teens to his 60s. He began with a printing apprenticeship in Liverpool and worked his way up to managerial roles in printing and packaging in Merseyside and New Zealand. In his 40s, he advanced his education, moved to New Zealand to build a home, and gained experience in various industries applying lean principles. In his 50s, he moved to Australia and built his house while developing his network and coaching career in Australasia. His goals for his 60s are to continue consulting, sharing his wisdom, and giving back to the community.
