What is Processwork?
 Awareness paradigm & practise based on the phenomenon of signals
 Originally developed as a therapeutic paradigm in the 1970s and 80s by
Jungian analyst, physicist and author Arnold Mindell, along with his wife
Amy Mindell and colleagues
 Roots include Jungian psychology, quantum physics, Taoism, Earth based
psychology of aboriginal and shamanic wisdom
 Applied in settings from individual, couple and family therapy, to coaching,
organisational work, group conflict, medicine, art, coma work, group work,
politics.
 Continually evolving as a theory and as a practise
 Simply stated, Processwork is about following nature.…

 Tiếp "being in touch with" and "continuing."
 Hiện means "realizing" and "making it here and now.“
 Interbeing – translation coined by Thich Nhat Hanh
 “we are inseparate from the universe, and our being partakes in the
being of everyone and everything else” Charles Eisenstein
 A verb, an act of doing, a way of being
A deeper democ rac y of Interbeing
 Freud, Jung, depth psychology
 Gave birth to Popularised the notions of the individual conscious and unconscious
 Jung extended to the collective conscious and unconscious – ie, groups
 Conscious and unconscious being what is known and unknown
 The unconscious expresses itself through night time dreams
 Dreams are a birth right, a rich source to tap into our multi-dimensional nature
and the dreaming field of the collective
 Night time dreams reflected in physical symptoms & other human phenomena

 We can become awareness of its signals and the channels in which
these signals appear
