The people at risk themselves, need to monitor the water elevations of the flood prone regions. These have various means -which I have introduced in my own project- Biologic ReeCharge is similar to my flood detectors. In principle, both of these project designs have the same compounds: a bike wheel, a stand data collected from the items are transmitted to information technology like GPS, wireless items and can convey meaning and understand to these people during the hazard alert.
