Jyoti Sagar is the founder of a Corporate Commercial practice – J. Sagar
Associates (JSA), and K&S Partners - an Intellectual Property boutique
and a leading IP practice. Jyoti has pioneered a new paradigm in Indian
law firm organisations and management structures.
He is also Associate President with Society of Indian Law Firms and Past
President of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (Indian Group).
Jyoti is Founder Trustee of Genesis Foundation, along with being the
Chairman for Society for Urban Regeneration of Gurgaon. He also
supports Deepalaya, which engages in educating slum children in the
NCR. He is a member of the Governing Council of Common Cause, and
also serves on the Board of Governors for The Scindia School, Gwalior.

Prema Sagar is founder of Genesis Burson-Marsteller and the Vice Chair for
Burson-Marsteller Asia-Pacific, along with being a member of the Global
Leadership Team.
She is also Founder Trustee of Genesis Foundation that provides access to world-
class medical care for abandoned and underprivileged children facing life-
threatening ailments in the area of cancer, heart, thalassemia, organ failure and
extreme deformities. Prema is a trustee of the Zariya Foundation as well, a Swiss
non-profit that is spreading Mother Teresa’s message and is raising funds to
finance a motion picture based on her legacy.
Additionally, she is the Council Member for India of the International Public
Relations Association (IPRA); Founder President of the Public Relations
Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) and Founding Member of the Public
Affairs Forum of India (PAFI).

Sagar Associates (JSA), and K&S Partners - an Intellectual Property boutique and a leading IP practice. Jyoti has pioneered a new paradigm in Indian law firm organisations and management structures. He is also Associate President with Society of Indian Law Firms and Past President of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (Indian Group). Jyoti is Founder Trustee of Genesis Foundation, along with being the Chairman for Society for Urban Regeneration of Gurgaon. He also supports Deepalaya, which engages in educating slum children in the NCR. She is also Founder Trustee of Genesis Foundation that provides access to world- class medical care for abandoned and underprivileged children facing life- threatening ailments in the area of cancer, heart, thalassemia, organ failure and extreme deformities.
