Russian Railways wanted a complete outdoor lighting overhaul, including bridges, tunnels, platforms and turnstile pavilions. The main objectives of the project were to reduce energy consumption, thus increasing profitability and to improve visibility and safety, enabling the company to provide a better service. Russian Railways was searching for a lighting
partner, who would be able to conduct in-depth
analysis of their current lighting systems and
