1. Practical Idea:Write and follow an specific goal for create a path and go for it , not disperse.
This idea is easy. It going to help to save energy and time, allowing her to sleep better. She doesn’t
need to spend money just need to maintain focus in hat she want
Disruptive idea : Promote a team building between experienced employees from a company
and students from the last 2 years of college in an specific project.This is directly related to
make a transition process for them and create a bond between the real life and learning process.
In a middle term, they could learn easily how to be organized and effective employee; how to be
an scheduler even for the own life. I think this is a huge impact for the whole system. Even for the
experienced employee could notice new ways to solve a problem faster than the students weren’t
there.
Francesca has a problem managing her time .She Needs to balance
