This Alpha version of RGCS White Paper is the teaser and starting point of our White Paper process in early 2016. It defends the thesis of a growing convergence between managerial and political agencies, and invite civil society to put more focus on politics and policies through new militant, innovative and entrepreneurial places (i.e. third-places) than politics and policies for them. Historical reasons for the convergence are explored, and some avenues for the future White Paper and RGCS process are sketched.
