social and environmental impact, for the oil and gas, services and manufactures industries, including operational
process assessment. Project in execution: Water treatment to process 35.000 BPD of water from Puerto Ceiba Oil field,
Paraíso - Tabasco; BI-FUEL (Diesel-Gas) application for hydraulic pump as artificial lift system in production
operation for México, Ecuador and Colombia. Asset management assessment in order to implement Integrated
Management System based on ISO Standard (9001-2015, 14001 2015) and OHSAS 18001-2007 for oil & gas
production service company-located in Tabasco-México. Water treatment for residential development in Villahermosa –
Tabasco (20 liters per second), Ciudad del Carmen–Campeche (0.4 LPS), between others; Training regarding to Control

Production Asset Bellota-Jujo (PEMEX), including 10 fields of light and heavy oil, located on land - Tabasco state:
including planning and control of activities, data analysis and operations assessment, decisions matrix, risk assessment,
scenarios evaluation - technical & economical, mitigation plans, evaluation of engineering products, such as basic
engineering for new wells drilling and work over; surface requirement and other activities related to support the
mitigation plan from subsurface to surface.
15-09-2007 to 20-12-2011; Landmark - Halliburton, Project Engineer, front end loading (FEL) Project and risk
analysis, productivity and optimization analysis for production operation, including software application.
Mexico – Norte America as FEL Project Leader: Updating and optimization exploitation plan applying FEL
methodology and risk analysis, in the Pre-FEL phase, for seven (07) gas fields in integrated APLT (PEMEX), located in
the Gulf of Mexico about 100 km from Dos Bocas town. Main activities: planning and control activities required for
data analysis, generate matrix of responsibilities and decision-plan development and execution of subsequent phases of
the FEL, as well as coordination of team work sessions and development of training workshops according to guidelines
aimed at Project Management.
Colombia – Latin America, as Integrated Risk System Specialist: Evaluation of the Current Integrated Risk System
implemented for a Heavy Oil Exploration Project, based on Process Safety Management methodology and applying for
two stages of the project: one for an exploratory pilot well and the second stage for a full development plan to the entire
prospect area in the Pre-Visualization FEL phase.
Mexico – Latin America, as FEL C Project Leader, providing FEL methodology guidelines and risk analysis in
conceptualization phase, for a project integrated by 15 offshore fields located in Gulf of Mexico (CLM), . Main
activities: planning and execution (time control, QA/QC, logistic, cost control and communication) and project
requirement such as workshops, document preparation to address project management basic concepts.
Mexico – Latin America, as FEL D Project Leader, providing FEL methodology guidelines in definition phase, in a
project integrated by 10 onshore fields located in Reforma - Tabasco. Main activities: planning and execution (time
control, QA/QC, logistic, cost control and communication) and project requirement such as workshops, document
preparation to address project management basic concepts.
Suriname – Latin America, as Project Management Facilitator, providing project management best practices
guidelines for specific project requirements (workshops, document preparation to address project management basic
concepts) and assisting project leaders and team members in the preparation and follow up of particular project
management documents and reports and to assess current processes and structure and to propose options for
implementation of a function dedicated to project management process support.
Trinidad & Tobago – Caribbean, as Construction Project Manager, for detailed assessment, design construction,
installation, integration and commissioning of a 3D corporate collaboration center (CCC) at Petrotrin headquarters
facility in Santa Flora, with the responsibility for onsite construction management covering all Halliburton and third
party personnel, having direct interface with the Halliburton Project Manager, the PetroTrin Project Manager, PetroTrin
Procurement and Logistics departments, PetroTrin Security and PetroTrin Facilities personnel.
Suriname – Latin America, as Project Manager, to develop integrated study (static & dynamic model) and field
development plan conceptualization for Tambaredjo NW Field. Main activities: planning and execution (time control,
QA/QC, logistic, cost control, communication, human resources and HSE requirements). It was a multidisciplinary
team integrated by Geologist, Petrophysicist, Geostatistic, Reservoir Engineers, EOR/IOR, Geomechanic, Production
Engineer, Surface Facilities and HSE specialist.
Algeria – Africa, Facilities Engineer, to Develop Front end Loading (F.E.L.) project for Ihansetene West, Irlalene
West and Irlalene South, fields. To Process analysis for existing facilities and to design new facilities and to model
costing to be required to handle Oil&Gas production from these fields. Including designing facilities to water and gas
injection for secondary recovery and Risk Analysis for all the facilities designed. SW: Petroleum Expert (GAP), using
PROSPER & MBAL as input and DMS as Stochastic model simulator.
06-01-2003 to 12-09-2007; EPM Group S.A., Project Manager / Business Development: control projects required
from Engineering designs and operations assessment; including planning, cost estimations, budget, developments and
control of contracts, construction, and commissioning and productivity analysis. Projects related with Integral Risk
System, feasibilities studies, development project in order to minimize operational risk, updating and upgrading
facilities according oil&gas production requirements with relevant developments in automatization process.
