a mortgage banker and mortgage broker, we have the flexibility to successfully fulfill all
clients' needs.
Whether that need is for a fast approval or for the most competitive rate, we have the ability
to meet it. When we act as a mortgage banker, we are the lender, which means we control
the loan pricing and decision-making from start to finish. We also have the ability to act
as a mortgage broker when we need to supplement our in-house product offerings to meet
the special product or pricing needs of our clients. By utilizing this control, our clients
receive faster, more efficient service.

Frank Monaco, Jr. offers borrowers throughout California the ideal combination of knowledge, experience, and integrity. He has originated mortgage loans since 1986,
and during that time has also taken on numerous other roles, including: investor relations, management, and product development. Frank has also maintained a Broker’s
license for many years, which provides excellent insight into the real estate side of his transactions.
Frank is equipped to cater to a full spectrum of home buying scenarios, and happily provides investor consultations for conventional and non-conventional property types.

Frank is a native Californian, and after raising his family in the Bay Area relocated to a home in the country several years ago. In his free time he enjoys golf, cattle
ranching, fishing, and traveling.
