the constant lovey-doviness is getting on your nerves, tell him. Say you don't need to hold hands all the time
to know how you feel about him. Just knowing it is enough.

My daughter is 17 and is addicted to her mobile phone. Instead of spending time with us as a family, she'll be
texting her friends. Even when we're around the dining table, she's constantly on it. The most annoying thing
is, when ¶ try to contact her, she never replies. I'm worried she is missing out on life. How do I wean her off?
Miss M says: It's pretty standard for teens to go through a phase where they become vile and unsociable -
except with their friends whom they can't get enough of. If you try and lecture her about her phone, it'll fall on
deaf ears - she doesn't care about your opinion and she doesn't want your help. Ban phones at the dinner
table (your cooking, your table, your rules, etc) but weaning her off it generally is a battle you're not going to
win. On the plus side, she will almost certainly come out the other side of this tedious phase in a couple of
short years, and hopefully after that she'll be the delightful, radiant daughter you brought her up to be.

Double-decker with 1,780 calories..90% of a woman's recommended daily intake
HIGH street giant Iceland is selling a new bellybursting pizza containing a gigantic 1,780 calories.
The 9in Double Decker Double Pepperoni Pizza, on sale nationwide for £3, carries almost 90 per cent of a
woman's recommended daily calorie intake of 2,000.
It is also packed with 9.6g of salt, more than one-and-a-half times the advised daily allowance for men.
The 699g pizza has been launched despite Government warnings that the UK faces an obesity time bomb.
It is being endorsed by former X Factor singer and face of Iceland stores Stacey Solomon. She appears in
the company's advert, currently showing on primetime TV, saying "Love it" as she tucks into the pizza.
It contains two stonebaked pizzas laid one on top of the other, filled with a sweet chilli sauce, mozzarella
cheese, pepperoni and mini pepperoni.
It contains 54.4g of fats, of which 20.8g are saturated. This amounts to 81 per cent of the advised 25g daily
intake of saturated fats for women and more than a third of a man's 30g allowance.
At 1,780 calories the meal contains 600 more than rival Asda's Double Decker Pepperoni only topped on the
pizza. It is only topped on the high street by Tesco's 12in Deep Crust Pepperoni Pizza, which contains 3,000
calories.
Sian Porter, of the British Dietetic Association, said: "A double-decker is the equivalent of two pizzas, and the
fact that Iceland's meal is only 10ins in diameter suggests it is just for one person."
But a spokeswoman for Iceland said: "The Double Decker Pizza is a fantastic innovation. It is designed as a
product to be shared among friends and family.
"This is clearly shown in the television advert."

IF I'm going to eat a pizza with this many calories, I expect it to be the best in the world. But Iceland's new
variety doesn't live up to expectations.
The look of it was unappealing, with limp pepperoni slices and invisible cheese. My mouth def-initely wasn't
watering. In fact, the box looked more tempting.
I could feel the fat ooze out of the pepperoni as bright orange grease covered my fingers - and added what
like an inch to my hips.
My advice... spend the £3 on else or invest in a gym membership.
