machinery from greatly reputed brands with cutting edge technology. Our machinery is imported from Japan,
Germany,U.S.A., Malaysia, Italy,Hong Kong,Chinaand Singapore.

We have the following facilities in our factory which can be referred to as examples of :
A. House KeepingTeam:The factory has a dedicated house keepingteam for maintaining cleanliness and neatness throughoutthe factory exceeding our
country standards.
B. Medical Facilities: All our workers have free health care. We have a trained doctor who visits our factory every working day.
C. Evacuation Plan: There is an evacuation plan kept inallthe floors of the factory showingpath for allthe employees to leave the factory incase any
emergency situation arises.
D. Emergency Exits : We exceed standards of emergency requirements by having several extra emergency exits which are kept open for fastest evacuation
E.Fire Drills:Wehavefire fightingequipment team inthe factory as per the factory act and inorder to use them effectively and efficiently whenrequired. We
willhave arrangements for fire drills on a regular basis i.e. once every month so that the Team can perform their duties seamlessly when required.
F. First AidBoxes: For every 5 0 workers wehavea person trained infirst aid and medicare. Wekeep certain quantity of medicineof different types ina first
aid boxin each floor.
G. Waste Management Box:Wehaveseparate waste management bins for waste fabric, paper wastes, polytheneand similar type of waste inevery floor witha
viewto maintaining the production floors neat and clean. This arrangement keeps the factory clean and hazard free.
H. Social Responsibilities:Bela Fashions LTD.believes inundertaking responsibility for social works. Wehaveset upa school providingfree education to
poor but meritorious students and orphans. We have also a Welfare Trust providing financial assistance to poor meritorious student, orphans and
homeless people.
