Registration Timeline and Other Information
Forms must be returned to your counselor by
Wednesday, March 20th. (write alt classes on form)
Registration forms must be complete with all
necessary signatures or your courses will not be
guaranteed.
Must obtain teacher’s signature for math and science class
Online registration must also be complete by Wednesday
March 20th

17. College Testing
College Testing “starts” with the PSAT
The PSAT is offered the 3rd Saturday in
October and was $17 last year
This is only given once per year and last year
we SOLD OUT
Take the SAT and/or ACT “for real” in the spring
of 11th grade

Summer School
If you have earned an F in a class required for
graduation, you need to go to summer school.
If you earned a D grade and you need to “make it
up” for college, see your counselor in April about
going to summer school
Summer school will be held at Ventura High, Buena
High, and El Camino and sign-ups will be in April

Summer Enrichment Programs
UC Summer Programs offer slice of campus life,
academic challenges, chance to have a college
experience
Look in the Media Center and/or
the Scholarship Updates for more
summer programs.

counselors to choose classes.

all year next year!

Wednesday, MARCH 20th. Return the
