Aistė Černiauskaitė graduated from the Institute for Political Science, Bordeaux, France in 1999 with specialization in Public Service and Administrative law. In 2002 and 2003 she studied at the Lithuanian University of Law (Vilnius/LT), European Institute of Public Administration (Maastricht/NL) and International Relations Institute (Copenhagen/DK). Subsequently, she successfully completed a general preparation course to work in various EU institutions. In 2004 she obtained a European Master Degree at the Humanitarian and Social Science Faculty of the University René Descartes, Paris 5/FR. In 2003 she was appointed by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour (Lithuania) as the Community Initiative EQUAL implementation coordinator. Her key qualifications are as follows: public administration, program and project management, project cycle management, program evaluation, measures for administrative capacity building implementation, structural funds management, labour and social inclusion policies, anti-discrimination policies, local development policies, Human rights and national minorities’ issues, social integration issues. Since 2008 Aistė Černiauskaitė became a consultant for social integration projects implementation, where she is providing trainings on project cycle management and working in the field of NGO administrative capacity building and fund-raising.
