1. When it comes to designing and developing Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems, there is one quality that a
person or team must have above all and that is
entrepreneurship or Entrepreneurship in Design.
A design entrepreneur is one who assumes all the risks, is a
person who turns his or her innovative ideas into products
and distributes them to a market.
A design entrepreneur is a designer who thinks beyond
“project” – they see a project as something that is ongoing,
something that does not have a set end-date.

2. Entrepreneurial Qualities- Disciplined
Design entrepreneur are focused on making their business
goals, and eliminate any hindrances or distractions to their
goals. They have have overarching strategies and outline the
tactics to accomplish their goals.
Successful entrepreneurs are disciplined enough to take steps
every day toward the achievement of their objectives no
matter how long it takes or how far they have to travel to
meeting those crucial objectives.
I made up my mind to write a business tools in 1999 and
travelled half way around the world to secure the most
primary objectives. While I waited for the primaries to be
fulfilled I worked on other goals and objective.
3. The questions about whether I could succeed or whether I
was worthy of success was answered in 1987 when I first
started designing software and started acquiring my first on
the job business skills and experience.
Over my working life, confidence grew with the knowledge
that I will make my goals succeed.
Design entrepreneur exude that confidence in everything they
do.
Be the captain of you own ship and be responsible for
navigating it based on the choices and decisions made.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Confidence

situation is a business opportunity to learn, test and explore
new concepts. Tool boxing ideas, skill and know how's that I
came across for future use.
Design entrepreneur look at everything around them and
focus toward goals, constantly readjusting priorities. An open
minded approach to problem solving is crucial.
Like the captain of any ship, there are forces that you can't
control, just like the tides and the winds. But tides change and
so does the wind.
Do tasks consistently, and let the outcome take care of itself
when the time presents itself.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Open Minded
5. Design entrepreneur know that if something needs to be
done, they should start it themselves. They use all the skills to
start, learn and adapt along the way. Design entrepreneur are
proactive, not waiting for someone to give them permission
to act. It doesn't matter whether every goal is achieved
completely. It’s important to have goals in the first place and a
number of goals being achieved simultaneously.
Self-starting is about getting in the car with an idea of a
specific destination. The best way to get there might not be
clear.
The traveling time might be dependent on a variety of
variables, but what counts is you know your destination.
It's having a vision, pursuing it and enjoying the ride.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Self Starter
6. Many companies are formed because an entrepreneur knows
that they can do a job better than another. An entrepreneur
will highlight their own or their company’s track record of
success. Sometimes, businesses fail when they focus on
beating the competition, rather than creating the best
possible product or service.
Even the phrase "beating the competition" is misguided. It
requires believing that there is a limited or fixed amount of
success in the first place. The truth is that there's plenty
enough to go around.
Always search for the win-win scenario, not the one in which
we win at the cost of others.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Competitive
7. Design entrepreneur often come up with solutions which are
the combination of components of other items. They will
repurpose products to market and to new industries.
They seem to have an answer for everything and that is
because they seem to have a way of thinking logically.
Everyone has the power to create. Humans were born to
create, so create even if you don’t show the world your
creation.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Creativity
8. Entrepreneurs are not stopped by their defeats. They look at
defeat as an opportunity for success, of reengineering and
redesigning.
They are determined to make all of their endeavours succeed,
so will try and try again until it does.
Successful entrepreneurs do not believe that something
cannot be done.
They will find a solution even if it cannot be done in the
present time.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Determination
9. The entrepreneur has strong communication skills to sell their
solution, product, idea and motivate employees.
Most successful entrepreneurs know how to motivate people
and will use a wide variety of methods to do this, some might
even seem alien to others.
They are very good at highlighting the benefits of any
situation and coaching others towards the way of thinking and
success.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Strong people skills
10. The successful entrepreneur will often be the first
person to arrive at the office and the last one to
leave.

ways to make the product, solution or business better.
Successful entrepreneurs want to see what the view is like at the
top of the business mountain. Once they see it, they want to go
further.
They know how to talk to their employees, and their businesses
soar as a result. Watch out for the ones that seem to have an
artistic nature.
Entrepreneurial Qualities - Passion
12. Many entrepreneurs are continually struggling to build their
businesses with little to show for it. That could change in a
flash for those who know and apply seven natural laws that
work behind the scenes to determine whether a business
endeavour will succeed or fail.
Just as a sailboat must work with the winds to reach its
destination, so too must Design entrepreneur work with
these natural laws to achieve their goals.
