14. CHANGES IN SOP
Changes to SOPs can be made as
long as these changes are justified.
Changes may affect other relevant
SOPs and these relevant SOPs may
need to be reviewed with the SOP
under revision
17. JOB REQUIRMENTS
Labor
A - Minimum Requirements : High School and/or
diploma in any field if possible
B - Ability to read write and understand English and or
Arabic languages
Warehouse Supervisor
A - Vocational Collage Diploma or Higher pharmacy or
science diploma is preferable with Computer
knowledge if possible.
B - Sufficient knowledge and / or experience in
Warehousing systems.
C - Sufficient knowledge in GDPs (Good Distribution
Practices)
D - Good communication skills .
Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager should have
the following qualifications
A - B.Sc in Pharmacy or higher
B - Sufficient experience and
knowledge in Warehousing system.
C - Sufficient knowledge of GDPs
D - Computer skills are preferred
E - Excellent communication skills
21. JOB FUNCTIONS FOR WAREHOUSE
SUPERVISOR
- Plan and distribute the daily routine work
- Notify the Warehouse Manager about any deviation in order to
perform proper investigation to verify the deviation.
- Perform proper training for their team
- Ensure GDPs and SOPs compliance
- Ensure proper storage conditions of products and correct locations
- Coordination with other sections
- Ensure proper and timely receiving and shipping of products
- Follow up and update training of new employees on GDPs, SOPs.
- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures SOPs
- Creation of New SOPs and updating the current SOPs
- Maintain the warehouse and comply with safety rules
22. DATA ENETRY CORRECTIONS
- Entries will be made in dry ink if applicable.
- Corrections or obliteration will not be made using “white –
out” or other data masking materials
- A single line will be drawn through the information.
- The person making the correction will initial and date the
cross out F.M
- If another information is to be substituted, it will be
written as closeaspossibletothecorrectionsite
- If needed, a reference to another documen
be indicated.
