Recruitment process through core hr
1. Recruitment Process through Core HR:
Step1: Creating Requisition and vacancy
Navigation: HRMS ResponsibilityRecruitmentRequisition and Vacancy
Click on this
2. Here give or enter the “Name”
After save this window and close it.
Then again open this window and give the name of the vacancy at vacancy
section or region
And also choose the category and enter the number of vacancies and
Status as “Approved” as per below window
3. Save this window.
Step2: Creating Recruitment Activity
Navigation: HRMS ResponsibilityRecruitmentRecruitment Activity
Here enter the name of the recruitment activity and choose type as
“Employee Referral (Normally Technical peoples are interested)”
4. After Save this window and click on “Recruiting For” button and choose
the our vacancy type

5. Step3: Creating Applicant Entry
Navigation: HRMS ResponsibilityRecruitmentApplicant Entry
Here enter the applicant values as per below window
Step4: Creating Mass Application Update
Navigation: HRMS responsibilityRecruitmentMass Applicant Entry
Update
6. Press F11 and Ctrl+F11 then automatically it displays how many applicants
are available for this vacancy
Select the particular applicant and click on “Update” button then it shows
one window as per below
7. Select or choose the status of the applicant and recruiter as per below
window
After save this window and close it.
In first time we are choose the status is “@First Interview”.
After we are going to the update the status is “Offer” by using same way
process
8. Once again open this window and select the particular (Before we update
the applicant) and update the status is “Offer” then finally the window
shows the status is “Offer”
Step5: Show the Applicants in employee window
Navigation: HRMS ResponsibilityPeopleEnter and Maintain
In Find window you are choose “Applicant” then automatically shows the
our applicants
9. Or you can enter the full name and type as “applicant”
Click on Find
Then it shows the applicant information and chooses the Action is “Hire
applicant” and add address details.
10. After save this window then show the output (Person Type) is “Contingent
Worker Applicant”.
Note: 1) if Action is “Hire applicant” means it shows the output (Person
Types) as “Contingent worker Applicant”.
2) If Action is “Create Applicant” means it shows the output (Person
Types) as “Employee Applicant”.
3) If Action is “Create Employment” means it shows the output as
“Employee”.
