Composizione
I rulli sono realizzati utilizzando due componenti fondamentali:
l’albero in acciaio dimensionato e conformato in relazione alla macchina su cui verrà montato e alle proporzioni
specifiche richieste dall’applicazione del tessuto TNT di rivestimento al fine di raggiungere le densità richieste e
il rivestimento speciale in tessuto TNT: determinante per il buon funzionamento e l’applicazione finale del rullo
stesso. È realizzato con un tessuto non tessuto TNT viscoelastico costituito da fibre di nylon assemblate in un
foglio simile al feltro e unito con un legante elastomerico di formato cilindrico a dimensioni e durezza variabile
Composition
The rollers are manufactured using two basic components:
the steel shaft sized and conformed in relation to the machine on which it will be mounted and to the specific
proportions required by the application of the non-woven covering fabric in order to achieve the required
densities e
the special TNT fabric covering: decisive for the proper functioning and final application of the roller itself. It is
made of a viscoelastic non-woven TNT fabric consisting of nylon fibres assembled in a felt-like sheet and bonded
with an elastomeric binder in a cylindrical format with variable dimensions and hardness
Realizzazione
Il processo di fabbricazione prevede tre fasi:
Fustellatura: dal rotolo di TNT vengono tranciati dei dischi nella forma, dimensioni e numero necessari al
rivestimento dell’albero.
Pressatura: i dischi in tessuto non tessuto vanno inseriti sull’albero e pressati assialmente al fine di ottenere la
durezza richiesta dall’applicazione
Tornitura e rettifica: il rullo rivestito con i dischi pre-tagliati TNT viene tornito e rettificato al fine di raggiungere la
rugosità desiderata
Fabrication
The manufacturing process involves three steps:
Die-cutting: discs are punched from the roll of non-woven fabric in the shape, size and number required for the
shaft covering.
Pressing: the non-woven discs are inserted onto the shaft and axially pressed in order to obtain the hardness
required for the application
Turning and grinding: the roller coated with the TNT pre-cut discs is turned and ground in order to achieve the
desired roughness

Applicazione
I rulli vengono utilizzati per innumerevoli processi produttivi come:
Strizzatura / spremitura: rimozione dei liquidi residui rimasti sulle superficie in seguito alla risciacquatura,
lavaggio, raffreddamento, trattamento ecc. – rulli strizzatori /spremitori
Oleatura, movimentazione, rallentamento, frenatura e tenditura (tenuta in tensione) - rulli oliatori / rulli di rinvio /

Application
Rolls are used for countless production processes such as:
Wringing / squeezing: removal of residual liquids remaining on the surface following rinsing, washing, cooling,
