5 Minute Burger Grill 
Recipe Guide:
1.Combine all ingredients except buns in a large bowl; mix well 
2.Shape Turkey mixture into eight ½ inch patties (about 2 oz. each) 
3.Place 4 bun tops cut side down on a bun toaster plate while preheating your 5 Minute Burger George Foreman Grill 
4.Place 4 patties on grill; cook 5 min. 
5.Repeat with remaining patties 
6.Serve on buns 
Buffalo Turkey Sliders 
INGREDIENTS: 
• 1 lb ground turkey 
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 
• 3-4 green onions 
• 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce 
• 2 Tbs. blue cheese 
• 8 mini hamburger buns 
DIRECTIONS:
Grilled Cinnamon Apples 
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar 
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
• 2 Granny Smith apples 
• 2 red-skinned apples 
• 4 tsp melted butter 
1.Stir sugar with cinnamon until combined; set aside. 
2.Preheat your George Foreman Grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed. 
3.Meanwhile, cut each apple into 8 wedges. Thread evenly onto skewers. 
4.Brush skewers with butter then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar all over. 
5.Place skewers on grill and cook for 2 minutes, turn and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender and golden. 
6.Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar onto each skewer. Serve warm. * Tip: This recipe also works nicely with pears 
INGREDIENTS:

Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders 
• 1 lb ground beef 
• ¼ cup barbeque sauce 
• 8 ( 2-inch square) slices American Cheese 
• 4 Slices cooked bacon, cut in half 
• 8 Mini hamburger buns 
1.Combine all ingredients except buns and cheese in large bowl; mix well 
2.Preheat George Foreman Grill 
3.Grill burgers for 5 minutes or until heated through 
4.Brush burgers with barbeque sauce 
5.Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with cheese and bacon 
6.Cover burgers with bun tops 
INGREDIENTS: 
DIRECTIONS:
1.Season Ground beef and shape into two (1/2-inch thick) patties 
2.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
3.Place 2 hamburger buns in toasting compartment 
4.Grill burgers 4-5 minutes or until done (165°F). 
5.Meanwhile, fry 2 large eggs in skillet, sunny side up. 
6.Place lettuce, tomato and a thin slice of red onion on bottom of buns; top with burgers and eggs. *EXTRA SPECIAL: Add a slice of cheddar cheese to burger before topping with egg. 
Egg Burger 
INGREDIENTS: 
• ½ lb lean ground beef 
• 2 Eggs 
• 2 hamburger buns 
DIRECTIONS:
Spicy Black Bean Sliders 
• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & mashed 
• ¼ cup dry bread crumbs 
• 1 egg slightly beaten 
• ¼ cup diced onion 
• ¼ cup diced red or yellow bell pepper 
1.Combine all ingredients except buns in a large bowl 
2.Mix Well 
3.Place bun tops cut sides down on bun toaster plate while preheating your 5 minute Burger George Foreman Grill 
4.Grill burgers, four at time 5 minutes or until heated through 
5.Fill buns with Burgers and add desired toppings 
INGREDIENTS: 
DIRECTIONS: 
• ¼ Cup Shredded Carrots 
• 1 tsp hot sauce 
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 
• 8 mini hamburger buns
Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich 
• 2 slices prepared garlic bread with cheese 
• 1 Portobello mushroom, stem removed 
• 2 Tbsp Italian dressing 
• ¼ cup mixed baby lettuce greens 
• 1 roasted pepper piece 
1.Marinate mushroom in Italian dressing one hour 
2.Place garlic cheese bread cut side down on bun toaster plate while preheating your 5 minute Burger George Foreman Grill 
3.Grill Mushroom 4-5 minutes or until tender while bread continues to toast 
4.Place baby greens and roasted red pepper piece on bottom toasted bread slice 
5.Cover with mushroom and top bread slice

Bacon Onion Burger 
• ¾ lb lean ground beef 
• cheddar cheese slices 
• thick cut bacon 
• caramelized onions 
• barbeque sauce 
1.Shape ¾ lb. lean ground beef into 2 (1/2-inch thick) patties 
2.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill and place 2 multigrain buns in toasting compartment 
3. Grill 4-5 minutes or until burgers are done (160°F). Top burgers with cheddar cheese slices, thick cut bacon, caramelized onions and smoky barbeque sauce Makes 2 sandwiches. 
INGREDIENTS:

1.Combine Siracha & orange marmalade. Set aside.

4.Grill steaks 3-5 min, or until desired doneness.

Veggie Burger Salad 
INGREDIENTS: 
• 1 Tbsp. Siracha sauce 
• 1 Tbsp. orange marmalade 
• 1 med onion-sliced caramelized 
• 2 (5 oz.) top sirloin steaks (¾ inch thick) 
• 2 multigrain buns 
DIRECTIONS:
Guacamole Burger 
1.Mix ½ lb. ground beef & 1-2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. 
2.Shape into 2 (1/2-inch thick) patties 
3. Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
4.Place 2 multigrain buns in toasting compartment. 
5.Grill burgers 4-5 minutes or until done (165°F). 
6.Fill toasted buns w lettuce, burgers, Pepper-Jack cheese topped with creamy guacamole. 
Directions:
Tuna Burger 
1.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
2.Place 2 buns in toasting compartment 
3.Brush both sides of tuna steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper 
4.Grill tuna 3-5 minutes or to your desired doneness 
5.Fill toasted buns with shredded lettuce, tomato and tuna 
Directions:

Grilled Cajun Style Fish Burger 
1.Divide 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning & pat onto the top and bottom of 2 cat fish fillets. 
2.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
3.Place buns in toasting compartment 
4.Grill fish 4-6 minutes or until fish is done & flakes easily (about 145°F) 
5.Top with pepper jack cheese. 
6.Fill buns with lettuce, tomato and fish. 
7.Top with alfalfa sprouts & mayo.

Makes 2 Sandwiches
Italian Chicken Burger 
1.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
2.Split 1, 6-inch Baguette lengthwise & place in toasting compartment. 
3.Grill 4 oz. (1/2-inch thick) Italian marinated chicken breast 5-7 min. or until cooked through (165°F). 
4.Place lettuce & tomato onto bottom half of Baguette. 
5.Top w chicken breast, 1 Tbsp. marinara sauce & Provolone cheese. 
Directions: 
Makes 1 Sandwich
Grilled Eggplant Burger 
1.Mix ¼ cup olive oil, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. minced garlic, ¼ tsp EACH salt, dried oregano & dried parsley. 
2.Brush oil mixture onto both sides of eggplant; set aside. 
3.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill and place split Baguette in toasting compartment. 
4.Grill 2 (1/2-inch thick) slices eggplant & 1 roasted sweet bell pepper for 3-5 minutes or until tender. 
5.Spread goat cheese on cut sides of Baguette; fill w eggplant, pepper & lettuce.

Salmon Burger 
1.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
2.Place buns in toasting compartment 
3. Grill one frozen prepared salmon patty 3-5 minutes or until hot. 
4.Fill toasted bun with salmon patty and top with tartar sauce. Serve with a tossed salad 
Directions:
Angus Beef Sliders 
1.Mix 1lb Angus ground beef,1 onion chopped & 1 Tbsp steak sauce 
2.Shape beef mixture into 8 (1/2-inch thick) patties 
3.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
4.Place 4 slider size bun tops in toasting compartment 
5.Grill 4 patties at a time 4-5 min or until burgers are done (165°F) 
6.Repeat with remaining burgers & buns. Fill buns with burgers, cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc 
Directions:

Tips: : Substitute Kobe Beef for Angus Secure sliders with frill picks before serving
Burger Sub 
1.Shape 1/2 lb. lean ground beef into 3 (1/2-inch thick) patties. 
2.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
3.Place 1, (6-inch) sub bun in toasting compartment. 
4.Grill beef patties s 4-5 minutes or until burgers are done (165°F). 
5.Fill bun with burgers, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions and your favorite mustard 
Directions: 
Makes 1 Serving
Shrimp Burger 
1.Mix together, 1 Tbsp. chili powder, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, ½ tsp. cumin, & 1 Tbsp. minced Jalapeno pepper. 
2.Toss 8 large peeled & deveined shrimp (16-20 count) w spice mixture. 
3.Refrigerate 30 minutes. 
4.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
5.Place buns in toasting compartment. 
6.Grill shrimp 2-3 min or until pink. 
7.Fill each toasted bun with 4 shrimp, Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce & 1000 Island Dressing 
Directions:

Veggie Burger Salad 
1.Layer lettuce, tomato and cucumbers onto salad plate. 
2.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
3.Grill one veggie burger 2-3 minutes or until 165°F. 
4.Slice burger into strips and arrange on top of salad greens. 
5.Top with your favorite dressing 
Directions:

TIP: Use the bun warmer to toast garlic bread as an accompaniment your salad
Greek Burger 
1.Combine 1lb ground turkey, 1 cup rolled oats, 1pkg frozen chopped spinach- defrosted & squeezed dry, 2 egg whites, ½ cup crumbled Feta Cheese. 
2.Shape into 6 (1/2 in) thick burgers. 
3.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill 
4.Place 2 buns in toasting compartment 
5. Grill 2 patties at a time 4-5 min or until done (165°F) 
6.Place sliced red onion, cucumber & tomato on buns. 
7.Top w. burgers & Tzatziki sauce

Mahi with Mango Salsa Burger 
1.Mix 1 large mango, peeled & diced, 1 Tbsp. each diced red onion, diced red bell pepper & fresh chopped cilantro 
2. Set aside

4.Place buns in toasting compartment 
5.Season two (5 oz.) tuna steaks w. olive oil, salt & pepper 
6.Grill 2-5 min, to your desired doneness. Remove tuna from grill

Crab Burgers 
1.Mix together 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained, 2 Tbsp. mayo, 1 egg- slightly beaten, 10 saltine crackers-finely crushed (about 1/3 cup) & 2 Tbsp. each diced red bell pepper & green onion. 
2.Season with salt & pepper 
3.Shape crab mixture into 2 patties

7. Fill toasted buns with toppings & crab burgers

5.Top burgers with your favorite sliced cheese. 
6.Spread chunky peanut butter on to top halves of toasted buns

Hawaiian Tuna Burger 
1.Pre-heat George Foreman 5 Minute Burger™ Grill
