Development is an ongoing process which helps to
remove or reduce imbalanced situations of society
ensuring people's participation in social, economical and
human development initiatives.
In the 1970âs the emphasis was in ongoing economics
poverty elevation, removing imbalance of the society
and creating job opportunity is development.

Development is mean Increase of average knowledge,
life and economical earning per head of the people of a
country.
