Development is an ongoing process which helps to
remove or reduce imbalanced situations of society
ensuring people's participation in social, economical and
human development initiatives.
In the 1970’s the emphasis was in ongoing economics
poverty elevation, removing imbalance of the society
and creating job opportunity is development.
Development according to UNDP.
Development is mean Increase of average knowledge,
life and economical earning per head of the people of a
country.

• Its main mission is empowerment of its target
community.
• It is free of outside interference from the state as
well as political and commercial sectors.
• It is funded by both public and private sectors as
worked out by the communities involved.
