  21. 21. Eva has started her career in an international job posting agency in Lyon, France, in 2004. She has been blogging about the international HR Tech industry since 2007. In 2010, having moved to Strasbourg, she founded her consulting and social media marketing company Online-Recruiting.net. Next to various consulting projects, she has also been a speaker at several HR-and HR Tech-related events. She has initiated and hosted the first worldwide HR Hackathon in 2015 & 2016. Her network boasts of more than 18,000 social media contacts, to whom she shares relevant industry updates and her views on the markets. Her latest activities include the creation of video content which she distributes to her networks. About Eva Zils
  22. 22. Anne’s first career step in 2006 led her to Paris as a translator and personal assistant in the field of audit and economic law. She worked for the international audit network Ecovis, the well-known law firm Bardehle, Siemens and BNP Paribas. In 2014 she moved to Cologne. At first, she worked as a translator und communication specialist and gained experience in the startup event business (with a passion for startup weekends). Her specialty: organisation and marketing. Since 2016, Anne has been working in cross-border recruiting with focus on France and Europe in general.
