9. LAVENDER All Things Calming
+Mix 4-5 cups of Sea Salt with 1-2 tsp
lavender essential oil
+Pour the salt into a large storage container,
add the essential oil then mix the salt and
essential oil with a spoon or whisk. Let
rest for 24 hours to allow the essential oil
to infuse the salt.
+Add ½ a cup straight into machine

10. LEMON Clean and Freshen
+Make an all purpose surface cleaner with
castille soap, white vinegar, vodka and lemon
essential oil
+Diffuse in a room to neutralize odors and
elevate mood
+Shower doors: Wipe scum-covered glass doors
with a few drops of lemon oil every AM.
It will protect them from grime buildup.

11. PEPPERMINT Cool and Invigorate
+Add to your steam cleaner to clean
floors
+Diffuse when feeling fatigued or low on
energy
+Use as a natural pest deterrent – on
cotton wool buds in room corners for
spiders or rubbed along window/door
frames or hanging fly ribbons for flies

12. MELALEUCA Topical Cleansing for the Skin
+Scuffed floors: Apply two to four drops of
tea-tree oil to the spots. Wipe excess oil
with a cloth and rub in distilled white
vinegar
+Make a Shower Spray from 2 cups water,
1 cup white vinegar and about 10 drops of
Melaleuca
+Throw a mix of 1/2 cup baking soda, 10
drops Melaleuca, 1/4 cup vinegar to loo

13. WILD ORANGE Natural Immune Support
+Make a mattress and sheet disinfectant
spray from 1/4 cup Distilled Water, 5
drops Wild Orange to kill pathogens,
while relieving stress. You can also use
spritz in bathrooms and kitchens for the
same effect.
+Clean windows by mixing 1 cup white
vinegar, 1 cup water, 8 drops oil
+Shake before use
