SeaRoc Group - Using Geophysical Data Analysis To Monitor Offshore Assets - Analytical Insights - Esri UK Annual Conference 2018

Offshore Wind Farms are commonly sited on mobile and dynamic sandy seabed where changes affect the movement of cabling and foundation stability. The analysis of geophysical data enables effective monitoring of offshore assets; the importance of knowing the geographic relationship between assets and a dynamically changing environment, and how managing the data through ArcGIS provides a holistic overview of the Offshore Wind Farm. The GIS Analyst is then empowered to identify trends and provide the opportunity to assess urgent or predicted issues.
