PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER:
Manage all cost and schedule activities for capital projects at WGM’s satellite office in Deer Park (DP).
Coordinate progress and earned value reporting as well as cash flow projections to support client
requirements and company standards for projects of various sizes and complexity. Lead development
and preparation of project cost reports, EPC schedules, and associated presentations. Oversee the
Change Management process and tools to communicate variances and provide root cause analysis of

Project Controls activities performed on both upstream and downstream projects. Achieved

Lead Project Controls (cost and schedule), Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel and Crude Programs, Flint Hills
Resources, Pine Bend, Minnesota. Responsibilities included supporting initial estimate
development and project cost management. This involved cost reporting (through maintaining the
Jacobs Automated Costing System (JAC’s) as well as maintaining and reporting internal project
financials. Responsible for implementing a complex code of accounts and WBS structure that

structures). Authored plant project controls procedures and involved in the development and
scheduling of start-up turnover systems, maintenance and testing, as well as overall long range

procedures and process requirements and were prepared to bring the plant online with the
