I have been involved in a wide variety of Agile transformation efforts, coaching teams and executives on Agile practices, self-organization, Lean / Agile management, impediment tracking and servant-leadership to boost both morale and productivity across the enterprise. As a former a lawyer and financial advisor for technology startups, I also bring a broad business and coaching background to my advisory practice.
