environmental heritage. Eco Offset is an Emirati-owned company, with Eng. Saif Alshamsi as Owner.
Eco Offset has predominantly Emirati staff adhering to Emirati cultural, community and ethical
frameworks uniquely selected and motivated to provide quality environmental consulting. We have
also assembled an unparalleled roster of a dozen senior international experts, most with over 30 years
of experience.
Our vision is to help all Emirate-based establishments to behave in an environmentally sustainable
manner that is economically efficient and effective in keeping with international standards of emission
control and labor safety; and to protect the Emirate’s environment for future generations.
Eco Offset is certified by the Environment – Abu Dhabi (EAD) for solid and hazardous waste studies,
environmental studies, and remediation of contaminated lands. Eco Offset is qualified to do NADAFA
waste audits and plans, and also qualified to do Urban Planning Council (UPC) Estidama studies of
Natural Systems (NS-R1, R2, and R3).
