• Call centre serving 70000 people (in
Oleśnica)
• Challenge: to adapt 1 callcentre workplace
for physically disabled
• Too narrow (CUBICLE), difficult to
access
• will be adapted by the end of the
project)

measurement, analysis and proposal

Positive:
• 4 pilot projects are running
• A lot of interesting proposals from students
• Workplaces are already being adapted

16. Evaluation summary
Things to consider:
• Financial evaluation of the solutions
• Classification (prioritisation) of the suggestions and solutions
• e.g. Use Lean six sigma classification framework– „ground and low
hanging fruit“
• Unified methodology for pilot project presentations, e.g.:
