EU emblem:
information for
Erasmus+ beneficiaries
and promoters
Which visual do I use?
This depends on whether you are producing
material as:
• a beneficiary (i.e. the material is about or for
your Erasmus+ funded project);
or
• a promoter (i.e. the material promotes
opportunities within the Erasmus+
programme).
• If you are in receipt of Erasmus+ funding, you must
acknowledge the EU’s support.
• Use the EU emblem with the appropriate wording:
– Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European
European Union
or
– With the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the
the European Union
If you are a beneficiary
• You can download the EU emblem in different
formats at erasmusplus.org.uk/promotion-and-
dissemination
Examples of how it should look:
• On all communications or documents related to your
Erasmus+ funded project such as promotional items and
materials (e.g. leaflets, posters, newsletters, websites, press
releases);
• on any communication made by the partnership as a whole,
or as an individual project partner;
• at events and on presentation slides;
• alongside other organisational and/or project logos as
outlined in your grant agreement.
Beneficiaries: where to use the emblem
• When generally promoting the Erasmus+
programme, you should only use the logo:

dissemination

Using the EU emblem: guidance for beneficiaries and promoters

  • 1. Using the EU emblem: information for Erasmus+ beneficiaries and promoters
  • 2. Which visual do I use? This depends on whether you are producing material as: • a beneficiary (i.e. the material is about or for your Erasmus+ funded project); or • a promoter (i.e. the material promotes opportunities within the Erasmus+ programme).
  • 3. • If you are in receipt of Erasmus+ funding, you must acknowledge the EU’s support. • Use the EU emblem with the appropriate wording: – Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European European Union or – With the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the the European Union If you are a beneficiary
  • 4. • You can download the EU emblem in different formats at erasmusplus.org.uk/promotion-and- dissemination Examples of how it should look:
  • 5. • On all communications or documents related to your Erasmus+ funded project such as promotional items and materials (e.g. leaflets, posters, newsletters, websites, press releases); • on any communication made by the partnership as a whole, or as an individual project partner; • at events and on presentation slides; • alongside other organisational and/or project logos as outlined in your grant agreement.
