In this project I was in charge of the Mechanical Design and Electronic
system for producing a Robotic table lamp that follows the user working
area – using LED as main source for light instead of conventional light and
by doing so it saves a lot of energy. New concept at that time.
(Undergraduate Final Project Engineer year 2007).

In this project I was working together with RFID hardware team to
Design and producing a testing Prototype of water resistant Electronic
enclosures for their system.
I was in charge of the design the metal forklift and the plastic enclosures
for the electronic components the company have providing me. I also
oversee the production of the prototyping of this element and verifying
them for production.
In this project I was a part of a them of
mechanical engineers how developed a robotic
toy children
We were Planning the robotic doll Movement
mechanisms and embedding the electronics
system.

I was accompanying clients during their visit in factories in china and advice them
regarding how to improve their production processes and communication with the
factories
I was providing clients auditing service before producing their products in china -
some clients wanted to make sure they will not lose their money to fake factories or
to risk producing their products at a very low quality factory
This factory produce LED products for one of my clients
I was providing clients auditing service – this factory produce high grade solar panels.
I was providing clients prototyping services and QC for some of my clients (metal CNC
processing)

Design and Manufacturing of traffic products (Sand casting and CNC preparation
for mass production)
In this product I was asked to prepare for a to produce very complex silicon mold.
In order to make sure I can deal with the task I made a sample mold of one cavity in
order to understand what will be the difficulties I will need to handle in during the mass
production.
In this way I could run several test on a very cheap experimental mold and make all
the necessary changes before creating a bigger mold that should be used for mass
production.
The quantity the customer required was 50K-100K PCS for one month.
For a period of 5 month I was asked to design produce and manage a factory
And to produce a design for a company in the USA.
I was given picture of the company designer and had to convert his pictures in to a
product.
After designing the mechanical and the electronic parts I was producing a prototype
version.
Producing prototype of the product and approving it before producing it
After approving the prototype I was asked to mange the factory to produce that
product.
I was required to:
Sourcing for the suppliers of the material and negotiating the perches of the material
Sourcing of the machinery – the pictures are from the factory that assemble the
machines we use in this project
Haring the workers and guide them for the process needed in order to get the result
needed.
Managing 15-25 chines workers (all workers are non English speakers )
Managing the factory workers an the production – solving production problems during
production.

I was providing clients auditing service before they send their product oversea and to
make sure they receive it according to the specification they have provide me.
In this case I visit a cable manufacturer near shanghai at his final stage (that is over
molding and packing of an HDMI cable)
In this project I was asked to provide a qualifies factory to produce a gift box for a
large scale production (50k-100k) this was one of the factories I audit before the
production (year 2012).

I have design and manufacture 5 different models of the product in different size
color and process according to my clients requirement.
The final product is produce from STST and AL

I was accompanying clients during their visit in HK (lighting exhibition 2012) and in
china. Advice them and communicating with the suppliers acting as their company
extension in china and securing their interest.

The client asked me to design a product based on his idea.
The device must be small as a coin and lights up as soon as you tilt it in any given
direction (price for mass production 0.04$)

In this project I was asked to take a product that have been used and was not
efficient enough.
The key element that was considered was in the design process were:
Better IP rating
Better light performances
Lower Production cost
Simple assembly process and reliability in the field

Quality inspection in an LED factory for a French Company
I was asked by a France company to confirm there order before shipping out the
goods to their customers.
Confirming the test report of the product
Assuring the product is working
picking up samples during the production and after packaging and testing it for the
spec the customer has defined.
Making sure the inscription on for the shipment was correct and the inscription on
the products were correct
I Was responsible for a Quality inspection for Street light Induction based Product
(For a government related work for Russia).
I was first asked to confirm the Existence validity of the suppliers in china and to
advise regarding their Production capability and quality to ensure the product.
Base on my suggestion to disqualified the first supplier and confirming by himself
the customer was obligated to find other alternatives
After he have chose the factory he wanted to produce that product I was asked to
help advise regarding upgrade the current design for this project and to QC the
product during the production
I was making sure the Products integrity before shipping and design the Packing
for the shipping .
Confirming the test report of the product and preforming the test.
Assuring the product is working in the condition it was defined to work (working
temp -40 to 60).
Picking up samples during the production and after packaging and testing it for the
spec the customer has defined.
(Customer project cost was estimated at approximately $ 6 million(
I had to design and manufacture for a traffic control company a low cost solution -
reflector on a concrete blocks.
In this Project I was given a product that my client is producing in Europe and he
ask to reduce his cost (50% COST REDUCTION) and produce the same product
with the same quality in china.
In this project I was a part of a team of mechanical engineers and have advised to a
company in order to reduce there cost before production.
The company is a manufacturer of street light and was intend to produce 3 mold at the
cost of 210,000$.
In order not to make a errors during the production I was working with another
mechanical professional to guide them during the develop of their product.
A send cast mold been made in order to make sure the design is correct before
investing in the process of creating molds for die cast.
In this Project I was asked to redesign and improve a chines based product – I
have designed a product how is 45 % lower in cost and increase the IP rating and
the light time period.

some customers for marketing purposes
products such as non woven bags, power banks, Pens etc.
Design and Manufacturing of LED product :
I was asked to design 2 products - according to the guideline I was given.
The first product is led bollard light that is solar powered.
The second product is a small Decorative LED Bollard.

To produce this product we had to source check computer and work with more than
15 different suppliers in order to get good quality product
The product itself may look simple but it takes a lot of logistic, coordination, testing
and time to combine all the pieces together.

mirror that can also will be able to charge a phone.

I was given picture of the company designer and had to convert his pictures in to a product. After designing the mechanical and the electronic parts I was producing a prototype version.

I was first asked to confirm the Existence validity of the suppliers in china and to advise regarding their Production capability and quality to ensure the product.

Confirming the test report of the product and preforming the test. Assuring the product is working in the condition it was defined to work (working temp -40 to 60). In order not to make a errors during the production I was working with another mechanical professional to guide them during the develop of their product. A send cast mold been made in order to make sure the design is correct before investing in the process of creating molds for die cast.
