Oct 1996 to Oct 1997 SONY,Mexicali SML Quality Engineer Coordination of internal quality activities related to 17” monitor deflection yoke manufacturing. Periodically visits to customer to obtain feedback (San Diego Ca.). Creation of quality procedures, work instructions and formats, Internal audits according to ISO 9002 standard. Managed 18 inspectors on three shifts. Accomplishments  Improve the PPM’s from 500 to 100.  Participate in ISO9002 implementation and Certification.  Transitioned quality standards for new 17” yoke deflector. Oct 1995 to Oct 1996 LG Electronics (Goldstar) Quality Engineer Inspect all tuners final assembly lines to assure proper set up and quality product. Create sample system to finished products. Education and training to inspectors in quality control activities. Managed 6 inspectors in two shifts.
