Trium Bakeries & Mustard Seed: Successfully opened four Salé Sucré stores within two years in Sharjah
& Dubai – resulting In Salé Sucré becoming a signature brand in the pastry field in the UAE
TGI Fridays: Successfully established “TGIF” as the number one casual dining brand in the state of
Qatar and continuously managed steady business growth rate within 10% YTD, with an average annual
sale of 30 Million Qatar Riyals. Also, achieved a perfect 30% NOP adding to this a 20% average ROI 30 of
Million Qatar Riyals and with an average 95% Brand Unite Review results.
Achieved NP from the first quarter and exceeded 95% in Business Audits with the opening of TGIF
Qatar. Management team received bonus event though the restaurant was just opened despite
shouldering a huge depreciation. Personally, recognized by Carlson International for outstanding

2. Red Lobster: I was honored to launch the Brand in the middle east for the first time and I had
successfully Opened my first Restaurant in Dubai Mall early of 2011 then followed with more than 8
other stores of Red Lobster around GCC area
