I am an electrical engineer employed in Getra Power SpA as Project Manager for the turnkey
supply of electrical power transformers for customers of most utilities in Peru, Colombia, Spain,
the Netherlands and Egypt by the arrival of the order onwards. In particular I manage the
contracts, cash, invoicing and jobs planning.
I also have the responsibility of administering and managing the order budget, coordination of
internal staff, suppliers and logistics. In addition, I coordinate plans with the production for
activities scheduling and I report to the Account Manager the flow time, cost resources, profits
and GM of the contract as well I support the Getra Procurement and Commercial offices. I
therefore weekly share with Customer the Work Progress Status and KPI of planning and rollout
deployment hence I occur the project orders and invoices.
