Job description: CH&Co.’s Business Intelligence offer identifies new major digital initiatives impacting the Financial Services industry (Insurance, Banking, and Asset Management etc.). This can potentially lead to new business opportunities, design prototypes or transform organizations to go the digital way.  Your day-to-day role includes:  Identifying and selecting innovative ideas and best practices globally, with on-field testing  Providing an overview of key market trends and initiatives based on client’s pre-defined themes (example: connected objects, cyber security, e-selling, bancassurance etc.)  Reviewing major initiatives launched by competitors and new entrants (start-ups) on a monthly basis (research on internet, cold calling, arranging and attending meetings to see demo of innovation, doing live visits if needed etc.)  Sharing insights and key takeaways in the context of the client-in-question (example: How a particular innovation can be leveraged by a Financial Services player)  Formalizing deliverables (Format: Power Point presentations) to demonstrate concept of innovation, consumer benefits, illustrations and key takeaways for client  Keeping track of internal CH online digital library of use cases and updating on a regular basis  Writing article to be published in the Digital newsletter Requirements: • Degree in relevant discipline (digital marketing, e-commerce etc..) from a leading academic institution. • Working experience in Digital is a plus. • Knowledge in financial services is a plus. • Excellent analytical skills. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal (English and French) • Ability to work independently or in a small team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong presentation skills, including MS PowerPoint and Word.
