he goes to the swimming pool

9. He trains five hours a day,
and he swims eighty
kilometres a week.

10. For lunch, he takes half a kilo
of pasta, two sandwiches of
ham and cheese with
mayonnaise and energetic
drinks

11. For dinner, he takes pasta
again, a big pizza and more
energetic drinks

12. After his daily five hours of
training, he goes home
