4. NOSTOCK
This proposal presents an online marketplace for SLOWEAR B2B customers
aimed to balance inventory and minimize
risks of over/under stock. A multi-layered
system relying on a database created on
product identification and order tracking
trough different stages of the supply chain,
allows inventory stock trading between retailers in an easy and convenient way.
The system will let customers input their
own limit for re-stocking levels and the
maximum amount of time allowed for an
item to stay in stock at their stores to fulfil
market needs.

Based on Interniâs business need,
use in-depth interviews to find out
customerâs request and create
personas. Using usability test to
find out key problems of current
Interni Magazine website and
provide proposals address to
each problem.
To find out the âhome office furniture trendâ, we did desk research,
use axis analysis to find out
market situation. Then we use
survey to understand the living
and working habit of people and
also the need for them to work at
home.
In the Milan Furniture Fair, my team
focus on the product material and
manufacturing innovation. We go
through different exhibitions and
talk to the practitioners, try to dig
out interesting information behind
the surface of the product. In the
end, we present a trend report in a
digital magazine form.

To help Royal Rose to switch from a product driven
company into a brand delivering experiences, knowledge and a model of life from raw radicchio production to sell a complete experience in different context.

8. RADI-CUBE
Our project is to create a product innovation, transforming vegetable into a cube
shape healthy snack. To open a big potential new market for Royal Rose. This new
healthy snack will base on peopleâs living
habits. The diversity of the product will fit
for different moment of peopleâs life. The
whole design of the product, from radi-cube to packaging will fit for the request
of convenient, clean, healthy.
There will be two distribution channels for
this product: upscale healthy food store
and wine bar. We want to build a new
combination trend by putting wine and radi-cube together. Creating new wine culture as marketing strategy.

Expo 2015, Telecom Italy, in collaboration with Domus Magazine, launch "Digital
City Expo Ideas for 2015," the contest of ideas aimed at the world of engineering
and design that has the objective of identifying innovative solutions based on new
digital technologies applicable in urban and domestic, can have a positive impact
on the land and on people's lives.
âMy Expo Logâ is an App based on mobile devices which focus on enhance
the customer experience, creating a fun and engaging way to explore and share
theirs stories about Milan Expo 2015.
The concept of âMy Expo Logâ start from how might we help people to write their
travel log of Expo experience? And how might we collect those shared photos and
all the other relevant data into a unique Expo story.
