 It is located in Southeastern
Europe
 The Capital is Bucharest
 It is eight hours ahead of U.S.
central time

4. Sinaia Romania
Castle Peles
Located in Sinaia
It was built in 1873 by King
Carol I
The Peles Castle used to be
the Romanian royalty’s
summer residence and
retreat
Today it is used as a museum

5. Hello Transylvania……
Bran Castle
Vlad Tepes aka the real
Dracula used this castle as
headquarters for his incursions
into Transylvania
This castle should not be
mistaken for the actual Castle
Dracula (Poenari Castle) which
is now in ruins and located on
the Arges River

6. Brasov founded in 1211 by the Teutonic Knights
My family in the Mountains over one of
the most beautiful city’s I have ever
seen.
