keyboarding skills using AS/36 400 Hewlett
Packard terminals.
 Excellent ability for verification of data input and
correct errors.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook.
 Possess meticulous attention to detail.
 Ability to travel as required.
 Excellent ability to perform clerical duties such
as filing, typing, faxing, answering phone, etc.
 Stay focused and able to keep on task.
 Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and
entrepreneurial skills.
 Ability to work independently or as a team
member.
 Maintain operations by following policies and
procedures.
 Maintain customer confidence and ensure
protection of operations by keeping information
confidential.
 Willing and able to work various shifts and
overtime.
Relevant Experience
 Prepare source data by compiling and sorting
information and established entry priorities.
 Structure and input of production BOMs (Bill of
Materials) though agile to oracle ERP systems.
 Implement engineering/process change orders for
NPI (New Product Introductions).
 Create new part numbers by entering all data
information into the systems.
 Create invoices.
 Process returns and exchanges.
 Process credit notes and premiums.
 Respond, report, coordinate and process on
internal/external customer orders received
following existing company policies,
procedures and programs.
 Process, coordinate and investigate all
customer shipment claims and return
requests.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed.
 Work as a team player with relative
departments on lead time confirmation, A/R
verification and credit /debit note issues.
 Oversee the preparation of monthly, annual,
and/or terminal inventory reports.
 Process customer and account source documents
by reviewing data for deficiencies.
 Resolve discrepancies by using standard
procedures.
 Administer and maintain data entry requirements
by following data program techniques and
procedures.
 Regulate, verify and enter customer and account
data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-
entering.
 Rectify customer and account system changes and
upgrade by inputting new data and review output.
 Standardize information by completing data base
backups.
