Awareness- your people must be aware of the strategic
goal or objective or direction of the organization or
project
Desire- they must be interested in participating and
providing support(character)
Knowledge- they must know how (competency)
Ability –they must possess the desired skills and
behaviors (capacity)
Reinforcement- they must be able to sustain the change
(mindset)
PROCESS • A process is a series of actions, steps or
events that need to happen or occur in
order to achieve a particular goal. your
people will not be effective without
processes in place to support their
decisions.
