Catholic Church Insurance provides insurance and financial services to church institutions in Australia. They have over 150 document types and 500,000 documents generated over 5 years. Empired implemented a solution to digitize CCI's documents using Nintex Workflow and a customer portal. This saved costs from paper, production, and distribution while allowing customers easy, timely access to documents through a consistent digital process. Future plans include adding electronic signatures and analytics capabilities to the system.
