This document outlines 9 tips for mastering memory power. The tips involve taking short periods of time throughout the day to recall everything that was done in chronological order since the last recall session. Specifically, the tips recommend recalling activities after breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for 2 minutes each, as well as spending 5 minutes recalling the full day's events at bedtime. If done consistently for a month, these daily memory exercises are said to remarkably improve one's natural memory over time.

matter of learning study subjects always require a
certain amount of retrospection which will help
students to make our leaning better even difficult
subjects.

6. After having your breakfast, just set
aside for 2 minutes and recall in the
same order what you did after you
woke up until you had breakfast.

recall what you did between breakfast
and lunch again, in the same order as
you did.

11. After you return home, take your evening
snacks, and then recall for 2 minutes
what you did between lunch-time and
evening snack –time.

minutes, recall all that you did between
snack- time and dinner.

at bedtime, spend 5 minutes to recall the
whole day’s work, right from getting up in
