The war in Ukraine is the war of the USA and the WEST with NATO as the tool for it against Russia and China to prevent the USA, the WEST, and NATO from losing their leadership in the world. There is a fair chance we will get a nuclear at least incident, if not accident, if not even war from this reckless strategy of Biden in his old age S(terile)-S(enility)-delirium-Tremens. No cure for that old man, but you might cause great damage and we, only us, we, and ours will have to pay the damages while he will bask in the sun in a wheelchair. It is debilitating to see the power of the USA drift away from Washington and all press campaign against Russia and China leads nowhere and certainly not victory for Ukraine. How long will it take these over 80-year-old presidents, ex-presidents, and future presidents to retire at least and die away because they have reached their age of obsolescence? And look at the new head of state in England: he climbs onto the throne when everyone only dreams to retire in the countryside.
The war in Ukraine is a mental trap in the west and a clear scheme of the rich west led by Washington and Nato in the eyes of the rest of the world, east, north, and south. All that for the USA not to lose its domination of the world which it will never be able to keep. Too greedy and too dictatorial with mass shootings in the USA and spreading their troops everywhere. More imperialistic than the US you will die: they will shoot you before you can think a second time. And they will claim it's China that did it.

2. NORTH STREAM 1&2: MADE IN USA AND CIA BOMBING ?
At last the knots seem to have finally come to the boil despite firm denials by the U.S. and
the CIA. The sabotage of Nord Stream 1 and 2 is back in the limelight thanks to Seymour Hersh,
85-year-old American journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner for his scoop on the 1969 massacre
committed by U.S. troops in the Vietnamese village of My Lai, who, citing an anonymous source,
pointed the finger at the U.S.: "In September 2022, divers from the U.S. Navy allegedly laid bombs
to sabotage and destroy the Nord Stream 2 pipeline in the Baltic Sea. U.S. Navy forces allegedly
conducted the clandestine operation under the cover of Baltops 22, a NATO naval exercise in the
region."(https://lnkd.in/ephyPTmE ; https://lnkd.in/efUmUfMk ; https://lnkd.in/e-KKTs6f )
To date almost no one has seriously given space to the fateful question "Cui prodest?", least
of all the Western main stream press, slavishly devoted for months to the usual ritual demonization
of the West's No. 1 enemy. Prudence was not even adopted in reporting what happened: for the,
so to speak, homegrown information, it was the Russians who were responsible for the attack
despite the fact that the whole thing took place in waters controlled by NATO forces, waters in
which Atlantic Alliance ships routinely cross. It would also have sufficed to consider that beyond
the long and well-documented series of real threats made by the United States against Germany,
threats that even went so far as to hypothesize the introduction of sanctions against Berlin
(https://lnkd.in/evYiQ6Bc ) precisely because of the gas pipeline in question, which the United
States has always been hostile to, there have been similar episodes in the past whose
protagonists have been the United States itself.
And would these be our 'allies' ? At this point it would be interesting to have a comment from
President Ursula von der Leyen, a comment that I think we will wait for in vain.
Incidentally, Alberto Magri on February 14, 2022 in an article entitled "I explain the gas war
being played out in Ukraine" with undoubted prescience had already speculated on a possible
ulterior motive.

5. For those who do not read Italian, here is Google Translate’s
translation of the Alberto Magri article. There are a few problems
with this translation, but very few and not that serious. I give
back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, in this case Google.
6. Ukraine: what is at stake is a simulation of war yes, but of gas. The analysis of
Alberto Negri, former foreign special correspondent for the newspaper Il Sole 24
Ore
The truth is that the Americans want to blow up the Russia-Germany gas pipeline, the Nord
Stream 2, where former Chancellor Schroeder has also joined the council. Its main feature, the one that
the Americans don't like, is that it completely bypasses the Baltic states, Visegrad states, Ukraine and
Belarus, thus wiping out any pretensions by these countries to put pressure on Moscow. These
countries, with the obvious exception of Belarus, a pawn managed by Moscow, are largely pawns
managed, through NATO, by the United States.
Davide Tabarelli, president of Nomisma Energia, has always been clear on this point:
«Production costs in Russia are at least a third lower», «It is absurd to think that one chooses to entrust
the European energy system to such distant imports, with very high transport costs, also taking into
consideration the expenditure of energy, methane losses, ecological damage».
7. Let me be clear, the Americans have gas and how, more than they expected. Twenty years ago
they were about to become gas importers, then they realized they had miscalculated and converted the
structures on the Atlantic to export. They are full of gas and try to sell it everywhere. The problem is that
it is far away and costs more than the one from Russia that comes in the pipeline. American LNG is
extracted and then liquefied, so it has to be stored and then transported on ships. Once it reaches the
mainland, it ends up in the regasification terminals. In the storage facility it is returned to its gaseous
form and is ready for consumption.
To understand why LNG is not a substitute for the gas that arrives via pipeline, just look at the
regasification plants: they are underutilized plants because gas by ship costs much more and it would
take thousands of LNG tankers to replace that in Moscow. In a nutshell, US gas would be an insane
choice, justified only in one case: a state of war. In a nutshell, the rumored war in Ukraine is a
simulation of a gas war. In this crisis, Russia and China draw up strategic and energy plans for the
future, we pay the bill.
8. Nomisma's figures say it's not worth it. Gas consumption in Europe in 2020 was 380 billion cubic
meters: LNG imports from the United States amounted to 23 billion cubic meters, while those from
Russia reached 145 billion. And the same proportions are estimated for 2021-22. It is evident that the
American gas operations have a more political than economic character: it is not able, in the short and
medium term, to compete with the Russian Gazprom. Here's the bluff.
We would then have to reflect on alternative suppliers. Azerbaijan's TAP (Russia's Lukoil is also a
shareholder) can supply a maximum of 20 billion cubic metres, Nord Stream 2 at least 55. Greenstream
from Libya has a theoretical capacity of 8 billion cubic metres, but for Libyan chaos - which began with
the 2011 NATO war with France at the helm - there are continuous interruptions and for this reason
little has been invested in a country with great resources. The only positive note is Algeria which is
pumping gas more than usual and in January it overtook Russia as the largest supplier for a month.
9. Now the United States - after having been active for years against Nord Stream 2 but never
succeeding in the enterprise and in the end giving with Biden a tacit consent to Merkel because she is a
"private initiative" - would in fact like to sanction as soon as possible also the gas of Russia.
In short, for the Americans, Europe must not have cheap gas: there is theirs and it costs much
more. Doesn't that sound like a bargain? (Excerpt from an article published on Negri's Facebook profile)
