Company Profile
CHEF CARIÑOSA FOOD CORP. is a duly registered Corporation with the Securities and
Exchange Commission on April 2, 2007 under Company Registration No.
CS2007015165. The registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue followed suit as a
VAT Registered Entity, under Tax Identification Number 006-676-474-000.
CHEF CARIÑOSA, under its Corporate Name is operating on its maiden year, under the
leadship of Marites C. Dela Cruz. Its humble beginnings can be traced back decades ago
when “ATE INE” (mother of Marites Dela Cruz) started to sell packed lunches in her
community and eventually to nearby establishments in San Pedro, Laguna. Later on she
was distinguished as the “guiding force” of food preparation in her vicinity for her
impeccable skills in cooking and passion for food. Years had passed and Bounty Plate Food
Services was conceived. Still however, due to economic and financial reasons, the service
business was incorporated and now carrying the trade name, CHEF CARIÑOSA.
Because of Marites Dela Cruz’s good work, she now owns the said corporation. Her 15
years of experience in catering and canteen concessions honed her in giving her clients
full satisfaction that is, offering sumptuous meals with quality service and affordable
prices.

To come up with a quality formula consists of
morally upright employees equipped with above par
skills in promoting the company’s thrust to be able to
offer an array of dishes in Filipino, Oriental and
International cuisine in restaurant, catering and
canteen concessions.
4. Mission Statement
We are in mission of building a partnership with
people and organization through the introduction of fresh
and delectable food with low prices through systematic
purchasing and price analysis that comes with value
service. We believe that this is best achieved through
constant training, research and development primarily
focusing on healthy way of food preparations that will be
made available for public consumptions. And lastly, to
leave a satisfying smile to everyone who have
experienced our service.

customers?
We at Chef Carinosa valued our customer so much that’s why we maintain high standards of
service, cleanliness and excellent food taste. Our company’s mission is to provide the best
services and quality food for different company’s canteen. Our vision is to be one of the best
canteen concessionaire in the South. The following are things we do to achieve our goals.
•Conduct canteen daily audit in terms of Cleanliness and Food taste.
•Conduct weekly meetings with our service crew and staff in order to improve quality of service.
•We seek for customer‘s feedback and we attend to their concerns immediately.
•We have license nutritionist to balance our menu.
•We always see to it that there’s always a variety of menu that our customer can choose from.
•We conduct regular training for our staff to update their knowledge and skills.
