Gothia Fastening Group is a Swedish based provider of tools and fastening equipment to the construction industry. They are established in Sweden and Norway and have their customer base in these countries. EazyStock is implemented in four Nordic warehouses to optimize inventory and service levels whilst reducing inventory costs. EazyStock will establish an automated, exception-based business process for managing Gothia’s production, finished goods and spare parts inventory.
Xylem, a global leader in products for the movement and treatment of water, is implementing Syncron to reduce finished goods inventory levels whilst maintaining already high service level of over 95%. Syncron was selected due to the global capabilities of the solution which was important to Xylem, being a business with considerable global manufacturing and distribution operations. The company was also impressed with Syncron’s expertise and deep conceptual knowledge of global supply chain planning.
AxIndustries is a Swedish company that develops and sells components and systems within the Nordic countries and Baltic states. Its focus and expertise is in Bearings and Transmissions and Heavy Duty Vehicle Components, supplying customers in the manufacturing and aftermarket segments. AxIndustries opted for EazyStock to eliminate excess inventory and establish a more sophisticated inventory planning and replenishment process across its distribution network. They are using the solution across seven inventory warehouses initially with the intention to add further warehouses within the next 12 months.
