competency required

The ETS culture is all about having delighted clients - rather than merely happy ones.
Starting in 2007, we started a formal customer satisfaction programme, administered using a survey. We bonus every employee if clients’ responses to an ongoing satisfaction questionnaire exceed a challenging hurdle.
Based on feedback so far in 2010, we look likely exceed the target for a fourthyear.
