Please note, if a speech is required from the civic dignitary, it is usual for this to be no more than a
short speech of welcome and/or thank you, but we do need advance notice of any public address
requirement. Please ensure sufficient information is provided for the dignitary to carry out your
requirements.
PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The Lady Mayoress does not eat meat but will eat fish.
The Sheriff does not eat anything containing garlic in any form or Oriental food. She cannot eat duck,
cream, cheese or pastry and must keep to a low fat dietary regime.
It would be appreciated if alternatives could be offered.
