I have over 15 years of extensive background in supervising, monitoring, training, educating and promoting
the aims and objectives in various organization. My roles as a mentor, teacher, trainer, principal, and process
operator have given me the experience to be a dynamic team leader, ability to bring energy, enthusiasm, and
humor to motivate team members to achieve potential and meet objectives. My background coupled with
various degrees including: an associate’s degree in process operations, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a
master’s degree in Counseling, and a master’s degree in Education Administration has afforded me the
opportunity to incorporate various proven educational, social, and behavioral philosophies within a company.
In doing this, I have gained the experience to oversee and assist peers in methods of reaching success,
provide management, coach and develop training classes, evaluate trainings and others, as well as provide
and receive feedback.
As a supervisor,I believe to help others meet their fullest potential it is important to provide an environment that
purposefully engages themin active relevant learning and implement strategies to collaborate and to continuously
improve on a day-to-day basis.
