Aside from its innovative products, Microsoft made history again by accepting cryptocurrency for its online Xbox store in 2014. It now accepts it only for Xbox store credits.

It has grown to over 4,000 employees which have helped over nearly 1 million businesses sell their products globally. In 2013, Shopify merchants were granted the option of accepting Bitcoin payments. Thousands of merchants do accept Bitcoin with the help of BitPay.
  5. 5. Ducatus Global Reeds Jewelers Buying jewelry has been made easier with the acceptance of cryptocurrency. This American company sells fine jewelry online as well as in its nearly 70 U.S. retail stores. Reeds has no purchase limitations; you can buy a wide range of jewelry pieces at any price as well as loose diamonds and gold ingots. Returns can be made in Bitcoin. Also, Reed’s website has a “Bitcoin Help” page.
  6. 6. More Stamps Global This travel company is a one-stop-shop for booking flights, hotels and sightseeing activities around the globe. The company is based in Hungary and books domestic and international flights as well as creates unique itineraries. It accepts 40 cryptocurrencies and plans to add over 300 more to its payment method list.
  7. 7. Ducatus Global Overstock.com A major online retailer, Overstock.com sells numerous products from books and furniture to appliances and pillows. It began accepting Bitcoin in 2014 and now accepts other cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum and Litecoin. You can select your choice of cryptocurrency at checkout and it will automatically convert it to Bitcoins to finalize the purchase. Bitcoin can be used with other forms of payment, including gift cards and coupons. Also, returns are available for purchases made with Bitcoin.
