Pre- Procedure
Empty your bowel and bladder
Wear minimum clothes or prefer loose clothes
Procedure-
A healthy person should walk 6-7km a day and speed
should be about 1km/10mim
If person is weak should walk slowly and walk up to
1km/ or ½ km per day.
7. Post- Procedure-
If sweating occurs wipe the body with towel or take bath
after 10min
Precautions-
Do not talk while walking
A person who goes for morning walk should keep in
mind free from tension and worries
