the student's permanent record, signed by the Registrar and
listing those courses for which a grade has been assigned.
Course credit accepted from another institution will be included

Academic Calendar: The unit of credit used at member

with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater will have
"With Honors" noted on degree conferral
transcript.
Masters degrees:
• Students admitted afier Fall 1996 with a
cumulative GPA of 3.75 or greater and a grade of
PD on the comprehensive examination will have
"With IIonors" noted on degree conferral
transcript.
• Students admitted bej<we Fall 1996 with a grade of
A on final Capstone Course and a cumulative GPA
of 4.0 will have "With Honors" noted on degree
conferral transcript.
• Any grade below "C" is considered failing as of
April 1, 2007.

students must complete a minimum of 60 semester hours, 15 of
which must be at an APUS institution.
Bachelors degree studcnts must complete a minimum of 120
