Rapidly progressed from managing import freight clearance for one Distribution Center to managing freight clearance
for three Distribution Centers. Manages and corrects all customs duty payments for five Distribution Centers. Submits
packets to U.S. Customs, Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife. Creates and
submits entry reconstruction packets to U.S. Customs. Creates and submits Post Entry Adjustment requests to U.S.
Customs & Border Protection.
Converted paper log books to electronic. Created electronic log book to track customs’ entries. Created
additional fields to assist inventory, logistics and accounting departments in their daily duties.
Created new filing system for entry documents to easily audit inbound shipments.
Became the focal point for all U.S. Fish & Wildlife shipments. Using the FWS E-dec system, handles all
